After its success there during The World Games 2009, DanceSport returns to Kaohsiung in Taiwan. This time with its own event: the WDSF World DanceSport Games 2013 ... But it's much more than an encore!
Kaohsiung | The Prefect Host City
Kaohsiung, TPE, is the host city to the first ever WDSF World DanceSport Games that will be held there between 16 and 20 September 2013. This video gives a good idea of what the maritime metropolis has to offer to the 800 participants from 50+ countries.
The venue for the World DanceSport Games 2013 is the 13,000-capacity K-Arena. A state-of-the-art dome that was constructed just prior to The World Games 2009 held in Kaohsiung to much acclaim.
The first ever sellouts of this fine venue were recorded with the DanceSport events during The World Games on 24 and 25 July 2009. The hopes are high to see capacity crowds during the WDSG 2013 too.
